About a pound of cherry tomatoes halved
For the dressing:
1/4cupbalsamic vinegar
1/2extra virgin olive oil
2tablespoonshoney
Kosher salt and fine ground pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine the cherries and tomatoes on a platter. Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a jar with a lid and shake vigorously until emulsified. Pour the dressing on the cherries and tomatoes, garnish with tarragon leaves and serve!
