Pumpkin Vegetable Stock

Ingredients

  • 2 gallons pumpkin water
  • 2 gallons water
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 whole carrots
  • 2 whole celery stalks
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • Salt and pepper I used my herbed pink salt

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients into a large stock pot and boil on medium high heat until liquid is reduced by half.  Cool, strain, and store.  That's it!
