class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\">Select saute on the Instant Pot and add the oil and onion.\u00a0 Cook until the onion becomes translucent, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.\u00a0 (her book says 2 to 3 minutes....it's not.)\u00a0 Add all the spices and cook for about 3 to five minutes, making a paste.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7310-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\">Add the vinegar and beef stock, stirring until everything is combined and reduce the liquid for about 10 minutes (her book says to \"desired consistency\").\u00a0 Add the beef and stir to coat all the meat.\u00a0 Press the cancel button and lock the lid into place.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7310-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\">Select the manual button and press the plus or minus buttons to get to 25 minutes on high pressure.\u00a0 After cooking, naturally release the pressure for 15 minutes.\u00a0 Press cancel.\u00a0 Then, quick release any remaining pressure and unlock and remove the lid.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7310-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\">Either serve right away, or continue to saute using the steps above to further thicken the sauce.\u00a0 (we didn't thicken it this time, but we did the first time we made it and I personally prefer the sauce to be thicker)\u00a0 I served mine with buttered jasmine rice.\u00a0 Enjoy!\u00a0 (get her book...we love
